Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of downhole tools and equipment, both domestically and internationally.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, commercial invoices, and manifests.
Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, international shipping regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
Support project teams with logistics planning and tool readiness for deployments.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, tools, and consumables in the logistics system.
Work closely with operations, workshop, and sales teams to anticipate and respond to logistics requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the oil and gas or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of international logistics, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and global freight practices.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills preferred.
Based in Norway.
