BiSN Acquires Foro Energy

BiSN is pleased to announce the acquisition of Foro Energy.

Foro Energy is the leading provider of commercially available high-powered laser applications, expanding BiSN’s capability to address a broader range of customer challenges across the full well lifecycle.

With over 12,000 successful deployments and more than 100 patents, Foro Energy brings significant R&D and field expertise, further strengthening BiSN’s ability to deliver innovative solutions.

From exploration to abandonment, the combination of these two innovative technology companies empowers operators with next-generation, highly efficient technologies.

This acquisition also significantly expands BiSN’s land-based operations across major U.S. shale basins, bringing proven technologies and experienced field teams closer to where operators need them most.

Foro Energy will continue to operate as an independent business under the BiSN umbrella. Paul Carragher will lead the combined organization, with Scott Marshall continuing to lead Foro’s Research and Engineering as a member of the BiSN senior management team, and Jacob Dearmon running Foro’s commercial operations as North America Regional Director. Paul Deutch will continue his support of the combined organization as a Director of BiSN.
