Gordon is Vice President of Product Development at BiSN, responsible for building and leading a global team of engineers to deliver the next generation of wel-lok™ bismuth alloy sealing technologies. Working across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, Gordon drives product development at pace to meet the evolving needs of operators in plug and abandonment, casing remediation, and well intervention.

Career History

Gordon brings over 40 years of experience in oil and gas, with a career built across product development, operations, and commercial leadership. He has held senior roles at Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Westerton, and IPI Packers, overseeing innovation efforts ranging from mechanical intervention to shale stimulation and completions.

He previously served as global senior chair of ICoTA (Intervention & Coiled Tubing Association) and is a current technical editor for the SPE editorial review committee. Gordon has authored multiple SPE papers, contributed to industry publications, and holds more than 12 patents for oil and gas technologies.
