As the Regional Director, Paul leads the commercial team in the APAC region. He brings a wealth of knowledge from over 25 years in the oil and gas industry, building on our continued success in Asia Pacific, delivering bespoke solutions to operators in the area.
Paul began his career in Oil & Gas back in 1998 as an offshore cementer specialising in tooling in both cementing and coiled tubing deployed equipment, before moving to WellDynamics working in the Research & Develoment department for Intelligent Completions in both Aberdeen and Houston.
Paul moved back to Aberdeen to establish and grow the operations and rental business globally in the newly formed Red Spider Technology, developing cutting edge technology in intervention and completions. Post acquisition by Halliburton then moved towards a Technical Advisor position during the integration phase to roll out Red Spider products worldwide.
Took over as Completion PSL Manager for Halliburton Australasia in Perth before moving to Interwell helping build up the business in Australia, doubling revenue and headcount in a few short years. Latterly was Global Advisor helping identify and implement new products or technology to various regions and clients whilst driving new energy product realisation and internal improvement.
