As Business Development Manager, Syafiqah leads BiSN commercial operations in the South East Asia region. She brings a wealth of knowledge commercially, technically and operationally from her varied roles in the oil and gas industry.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering with Honours from the University Technology Petronas (UTP) in 2016. Syafiqah began her career in 2017 as a Field Engineer under the NextGen Graduate Program, gaining international exposure through six months of on-the-job training in Alaska, Canada, and Huntsville, where she was certified in Well Services operations whilst working for Weatherford.
After returning to Malaysia, she managed domestic operations until October 2019, when she transitioned into a Technical Sales role for Interwell, overseeing the ASEAN region, focusing on Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Emerging Markets in the Far East.
Focused on driving growth in Intervention & Completion products, she built strong relationships with key clients and expanded business opportunities across diverse markets.
Since June 2022, she served as Sales Manager for Malaysia and Brunei, leading the sales team, formulating strategic plans, and managing business development efforts before joining BiSN in 2025 as Business Development Manager for the South East Asia Region.
