Repair Failed Production Packer

Repair Failed Production PackerRepair Failed Production Packer

When A-annulus pressure is seen in a well, operators must continue to monitor and bleed off this pressure resulting in temporary loss in production. Inevitably failed packers must be repaired or the well faces shut in and permanent loss of production.

wel-lok™ allows operators to seal the damaged packer without the use of a rig reducing time and costs, getting the well back on line quickly to resume production while allowing rigs to continuing working on higher priority producing wells.

wel-lok™ Packer Repair Tool (PRT)

The BiSN wel-lok™ PRT (Packer Repair Tool) is designed to quickly repair a leaking production packer by sealing the casing annulus to create a new, enduring seal in the production tubing.

Sealing the production annulus with our proprietary BiSN wel-lok™ PRT eliminates the need to remove a production string from a well to replace the packer. BiSN operators can reduce intervention costs and downtime while introducing a superior seal into the well.
