BiSN Oil Tools provides Downhole Sealing Solution to the Oil and Gas Industry. The company develops downhole tools for various sealing applications in P&A, through tubing intervention, water & gas management and drilling & completions.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights for decision-making. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the consolidation of financial data from international subsidiaries to produce accurate global financial statements.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to gather financial information and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist with external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Global Shop and Sage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and ethics.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience 2+ years in corporate accounting or a similar role.
