BiSN Oil Tools provides Downhole Sealing Solution to the Oil and Gas Industry. The company develops downhole tools for various sealing applications in P&A, through tubing intervention, water & gas management and drilling & completions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in supporting our External Business Development Team and Regional Sales Manager in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and organization. Prior experience is valued, we are particularly interested in candidates who exhibit enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative strategy for Key Accounts to drive business, increase opportunities, profitability, and revenue, as well as provide support for technical solutions that fulfill the needs of our customers. The role is cross-functional with other departments to ensure seamless progression of Sales orders end to end.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To meet and/or exceed the Sales Targets as set by the Company.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and Sales Manager to provide comprehensive sales support for the Americas region.
  • Assist in the preparation and generation of accurate and timely sales quotes, proposals, and presentations, tailored to customer needs and in alignment with company policies.
  • Utilize CRM systems, specifically Pipedrive, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Monitor and track sales leads, opportunities, and prospects to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to gather information and resources required for sales activities.
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings and provide input on potential process improvements and strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper alignment of pricing and terms in quotes, taking into consideration company guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to the generation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review by the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to enhance sales conversations and customer interactions.
  • Understand customer requirements for Products, Services and Solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Strong aptitude for sales processes and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales. Additional Education in business, sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems; prior experience with Pipedrive is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in preparing quotes and sales documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating across departments and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a valuable asset.

Position Type: Full-time – typical working hours are from 8am to 5:00pm (Mon to Fri)
